Do

- If you drink lemon water on a regular basis, it will decrease the acidity in your body, which is where disease states occur. It removes uric acid in your joints, which is one of the main causes of inflammation AKA gout sufferers need lemon juice to help reduce inflammation of their joints.
These
are some of it's benefits. The best part about Lemons is that they are very
very cheap! And readily available in Kenya. You can include lemon water into
your breakfast schedule, or perhaps drop a few lemons into your water bottle
and sip at it all day! Within a week, the effects of lemon juice are very
